Advanced V8 Thermal Management Architecture
At the core of this system is an uncompromised selection of heavy-duty materials designed to handle the extreme thermal loads generated within the AMG “Hot-V” engine bay. The exhaust side utilizes a direct-fit, mono-scroll turbine housing precision-cast from premium Inconel alloy to prevent structural degradation under immense exhaust gas temperatures.
On the cold side, the massive 3-inch silicone inlet couplers feed a high-volume compressor housing that forces massive amounts of dense air through the system. By retaining the use of your factory wastegate actuators, the kit ensures smooth integration with your existing electronic control modules, maintaining factory-like boost control manners during light cruising before unleashing brutal acceleration under wide-open throttle.
