E6 Carbon Warranty and Return Policy

1. Custom Manufacturing & Lead Times

All carbon fiber parts sold by E6 Carbon are custom-made to order. By placing an order, you acknowledge that production and shipping timelines vary depending on the product, specifications, and order volume. Any estimated delivery dates are approximate and are not guaranteed.

Customers understand that lead times differ between products and may change due to production requirements, material availability, or workload fluctuations.


2. Shipping & Delivery

Orders are shipped using reputable carriers. Tracking information will be provided for all shipments.

Delivery times may be affected by customs processing, carrier delays, weather, or other unforeseen circumstances outside of E6 Carbon’s control. Except in extreme cases such as lost or damaged shipments, delays caused by carriers do not constitute valid grounds for a refund.

Customers are responsible for:

  1. Providing accurate shipping information
  2. Monitoring their tracking
  3. Responding promptly to carrier notifications

3. Tariffs, Duties & Customs

Due to changing global economic conditions, E6 Carbon is not responsible for unexpected tariffs or duties that may be applied by customs authorities.

We generally ship using DDP (Delivered Duties Paid) whenever possible to minimize these issues, but unexpected charges remain the responsibility of the customer.


4. Refund Eligibility

Refunds are strictly limited to the following cases:

  1. Manufacturing defects
  2. Items damaged during shipping
  3. Items lost by the carrier

Claims must include:

  1. Clear photographic evidence
  2. Carrier documentation where applicable

Customers must notify E6 Carbon within 48 hours of delivery if damage or defects are discovered.

Refund resolution may be issued as one of the following:

  1. Replacement of the same product
  2. Exchange for an acceptable equivalent
  3. Monetary refund for the item value
  4. Compensation for repair costs (if applicable)

Dissatisfaction Without Supporting Evidence:

  • Refund requests based on dissatisfaction with product quality and/or fitment must be supported with reasonable evidence (clear photographs and/or videos) demonstrating the claimed issue.
  • Supporting evidence must be submitted within the required claim window and prior to return authorization being issued.
  • E6 Carbon incurs costs related to packaging, shipping, handling, and logistics. Customers are expected to make a similar effort to document any alleged quality or fitment concerns.
  • Refund or return requests submitted without supporting evidence cannot be processed as defect-related claims.
  • If a customer chooses not to provide supporting evidence for alleged quality or fitment concerns, the return may be processed as a non-defect return and subject to a restocking fee of up to 30%.
  • The restocking fee may be waived at E6 Carbon’s discretion if sufficient evidence is later provided demonstrating a legitimate manufacturing defect or fitment issue.
  • Returns sent without prior approval or without the required documentation may be refused.

5. Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds are not available for:

  1. Change of mind – Please do your due diligence before making a purchase
  2. Customer ordering errors – Ordering for the wrong make, model, or trim. We specify which makes and models a product is for on all pages.
  3. Dissatisfaction caused by carrier delays within agreed production timelines
  4. Resale issues, including canceled third-party orders
  5. Price or product comparisons to competitors
  6. Business or commercial losses

6. Resale & Commercial Purchases

Purchases made for resale, commercial use, or distribution are not protected under PayPal, Visa, or Mastercard buyer protection policies.

Any disputes arising from resale agreements or third-party customers are the sole responsibility of the reseller and are not covered by E6 Carbon if not covered by our refund criteria (See section 4)


7. Returns Policy

All returns must be pre-approved by E6 Carbon.

Returned items must:

  1. Be in original condition
  2. Be in original packaging

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Once the item is received and inspected, E6 Carbon will issue a replacement or refund if it qualifies under the policies above.


8. Chargebacks & Disputes

Initiating a chargeback or dispute:

  1. Without prior communication
  2. For resale-related issues
  3. While an item is in production or transit

is considered a violation of these Terms.

E6 Carbon reserves the right to:

  1. Contest chargebacks through PayPal or card networks
  2. Recover costs incurred
  3. Pursue legal action to protect its business and intellectual property

9. Acceptance of Terms

By placing an order with E6 Carbon, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms & Conditions and Refund Policy.

All customers are encouraged to review these policies carefully before completing a purchase to ensure a full understanding of their rights and responsibilities.
