Our Story
E6 Carbon was founded on a simple principle: create exceptional products for enthusiasts, by enthusiasts. What began as a focused pursuit of craftsmanship has grown into a company built on engineering discipline, transparency, and an uncompromising standard of quality. Long before there was a brand, a facility, or a formal operation, the foundation was formed through a single carbon fiber dashboard overlay. That first project quickly evolved, leading to the overlay of a wheel design purchased from Taiwan in late 2019. It was a defining moment that demonstrated how thoughtful design, composite expertise, and precision fabrication could work together at a higher level.
While some viewed the market as too specialized or too limited, our approach was rooted in purpose rather than hesitation. We continued forward with a clear belief in the process and in the potential of what could be built. Early projects were taken on not for short-term return, but to establish a reputation for quality and consistency. From the beginning, every component was produced to the same standard we hold today. Craftsmanship was never negotiable.
By 2020, the direction of the company had become unmistakably clear. The first dedicated design studio was established, centered around high-end computing and product development tools. That same year, a professional background in Quality Control was left behind to pursue E6 full time. What started as a personal initiative transitioned into a structured operation focused on product design, engineering, and fabrication. With each project, E6 Carbon built trust within the enthusiast community, both locally and internationally.
As the company matured, so did its understanding of the industry. A turning point came after receiving a quotation exceeding $10,000 USD for a set of “carbon” wheels that were, in reality, only fitted with overlaid carbon lips rather than full carbon construction. When compared against the cost of high-quality multipiece wheels, the lack of transparency became evident. That experience highlighted a fundamental issue in the market: pricing that did not reflect material value or engineering honesty. It became clear that there was an opportunity to raise the standard.
That opportunity became E6 Forged.
E6 Forged was created to offer a more transparent, technically grounded, and enthusiast-focused approach to wheel design. Unlike traditional models that depend on overseas design cycles and delayed communication, all design work is carried out locally and in real time. Customers are able to participate directly in live design sessions, collaborating on fitment, style, and structure without waiting days for remote revisions. Once finalized, manufacturing is completed in Taiwan through long-term partners selected for their precision, consistency, and manufacturing discipline.
What truly differentiates E6 Forged, however, is its foundation in composites. Our background in carbon fiber fabrication allows us to provide a level of support that is nearly nonexistent in the wheel industry. Carbon fiber lips can be repaired or replaced in-house without requiring the customer to purchase an entirely new wheel, unless structural damage to the wheel itself is present. This capability is not only rare, but it reflects our commitment to standing behind the products we design and deliver.
Today, E6 Carbon and E6 Forged operate as an integrated ecosystem of design, engineering, composite manufacturing, and performance development. The company has grown in scale, structure, and capability, but it remains grounded in the same principles that shaped its beginning: integrity in design, excellence in craftsmanship, and respect for the enthusiast community.
