Our Story
E6 Carbon began with a simple idea: create high quality parts for enthusiasts, by enthusiasts. Long before there was a brand, a shop, or even a plan, the foundation was being laid in a small garage with a single carbon fiber dashboard overlay. That first project led to another, and eventually to something unexpected: overlaying a wheel design purchased from Taiwan in late 2019. It was the moment that revealed how design, fabrication, and composite skill could come together into something much larger.
Some people said the market was too niche, too risky, or too impractical to pursue. But the mindset was simple: We’ll never know if we don’t try. So the work continued. Small jobs were taken on at a loss just to build a portfolio, refine technique, and prove what was possible. Regardless of profit, quality was never compromised. Every part was crafted to the highest standard attainable.
By 2020, what was once a garage project had become serious enough to build a small design studio, powered entirely by one high end computer dedicated to product development. That same year, we left a Quality Control background to pursue E6 full time. From that point forward, the pace changed. Orders grew, customers returned, and E6 Carbon began earning trust from enthusiasts across Canada and beyond.
As we continued to work with composites, our understanding of the industry deepened. One particular moment shifted everything: receiving a quote of more than $10,000 USD for a set of carbon wheels, only to learn they weren’t even fully carbon but simply overlaid lips — not even the barrels. With multipiece wheels retailing for a fraction of that cost, the numbers didn’t make sense, and the lack of transparency was impossible to ignore. It became clear there was room for something better, something more honest.
That realization became the spark behind E6 Forged.
E6 Forged was created to set a new standard in the wheel industry — one built on transparency, engineering intention, and enthusiast values. Unlike companies that rely entirely on overseas render teams, our wheel designs are done locally and in real time. Customers can join live design sessions, seeing their ideas come to life instantly instead of waiting days for previews. Once finalized, the wheels are manufactured in Taiwan through long term partners who share our commitment to precision and consistency.
Our background in composites also gave us an advantage extremely rare in the wheel industry: the ability to warranty carbon fiber lips by repairing or replacing them in-house. Unless a wheel is heavily damaged, customers never have to purchase a completely new wheel. This capability remains one of the things we’re most proud of, because it reflects our core philosophy — do right by the customer, even when the industry norm says otherwise.
Today, E6 Carbon and E6 Forged operate together as a unified ecosystem of design, composites, engineering, and performance parts. What began with a single dashboard overlay has grown into a company known for craftsmanship, integrity, and innovation. The tools are different, the scale is larger, but the mission is unchanged.

E6 Carbon – Terms & Conditions & Refund Policy for Carbon Fiber Parts
All carbon fiber parts sold by E6 Carbon are custom-made to order. By placing an order, you acknowledge that production and shipping timelines vary depending on the product, specifications, and order volume. Any estimated delivery dates are approximate and should not be considered guaranteed. Customers understand that lead times can differ between products and that these timelines are subject to change due to production requirements.
Orders are shipped via reputable carriers, and tracking information will be provided for all shipments. Delivery times may be affected by customs, carrier delays, weather, or other unforeseen circumstances beyond our control. Except in extreme situations such as lost or damaged packages, delays caused by shipping carriers do not constitute valid grounds for a refund. Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information and for tracking their shipments accordingly.
Refunds are strictly limited to cases where the item is defective due to manufacturing issues, damaged during shipping, or lost by the carrier. Any claims must be supported with photographic evidence and, where applicable, carrier documentation. Customers must notify E6 Carbon within 48 hours of receipt if damage or defects are discovered. Refunds may be constituted in the form of a direct replacement of the same product, exchange for an acceptable equivalent, monetary compensation for the paid value of the item, or compensation for repair costs (If applicable).
Refunds are not available for change of mind, customer error, or dissatisfaction due to shipping delays within the agreed production and delivery timeframe. Additionally, disputes arising from resale issues, including canceled orders from third-party customers, or comparison to alternative products from other sellers, are not valid grounds for a refund.
Purchases made for resale, commercial use, or distribution are explicitly not protected under PayPal, Visa, or Mastercard buyer protection policies. Any disputes resulting from resale arrangements are the sole responsibility of the reseller and are not covered by E6 Carbon.
Returns must be pre-approved by E6 Carbon. Items must be returned in their original packaging and condition. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless otherwise agreed. Once a returned item is received and inspected, E6 Carbon will issue a replacement or refund if appropriate, in accordance with the conditions outlined above.
Initiating a chargeback or dispute without prior communication, for resale-related issues, or while the item is in production or transit is considered a violation of these Terms. E6 Carbon reserves the right to contest any chargebacks through PayPal or card networks and may pursue legal action if necessary to protect our business and intellectual property.
By placing an order with E6 Carbon, you acknowledge and agree to these Terms & Conditions and Refund Policy. All customers are encouraged to review these policies carefully prior to completing a purchase to ensure a full understanding of their rights and responsibilities.
