E6 Carbon – Terms & Conditions, Shipping & Refund Policy
We strongly encourage all customers to carefully review the following Terms & Conditions, Shipping Policy, and Refund Policy prior to placing an order with E6 Carbon. These policies outline important information regarding custom manufacturing, production timelines, shipping, returns, and refund eligibility.
By completing a purchase with E6 Carbon, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these terms. If you do not agree with any portion of these policies, we respectfully encourage you to refrain from placing an order and to consider alternative vendors that may better align with your expectations.
Custom Manufacturing & Lead Times
All carbon fiber parts sold by E6 Carbon are custom-made to order. By placing an order, you acknowledge that production and shipping timelines vary depending on the product, specifications, and order volume. Any estimated delivery dates provided are approximate and are not guaranteed.
Customers understand that lead times differ between products and may change due to production requirements, material availability, supplier delays, or workload fluctuations. Production timelines are not grounds for cancellation once an order has entered production.
Shipping & Delivery
Orders are shipped using reputable carriers. Tracking information will be provided for all shipments once the order has been dispatched.
Delivery times may be affected by customs clearance, carrier delays, weather conditions, or other unforeseen circumstances outside of E6 Carbon’s control. Except in extreme cases such as lost or damaged shipments, delays caused by carriers do not constitute valid grounds for refunds, cancellations, or chargebacks.
Customers are responsible for:
- Providing accurate and complete shipping information
- Monitoring shipment tracking
- Coordinating with carriers when delivery attempts or customs actions are required
Tariffs, Duties & Customs
Due to changing global trade conditions, E6 Carbon is not responsible for unexpected tariffs, duties, brokerage fees, or customs charges imposed by government authorities.
Whenever possible, shipments are sent using DDP (Delivered Duties Paid) to minimize customer impact. However, any unforeseen customs charges remain the responsibility of the customer.
Refund Eligibility
Refunds are strictly limited to the following situations:
- Verified manufacturing defects
- Items damaged in transit
- Items lost by the shipping carrier
All claims must be submitted within 48 hours of delivery and must include:
- Clear photographic and/or video evidence of the issue
- Carrier documentation where applicable
Approved remedies may include, at E6 Carbon’s discretion:
- Replacement of the same product
- Exchange for an equivalent product
- Refund of the item value
- Partial reimbursement for repair costs (where applicable)
Dissatisfaction Without Supporting Evidence
- Refund requests based on dissatisfaction with product quality and/or fitment must be supported with reasonable evidence (clear photographs and/or videos) demonstrating the claimed issue.
- Supporting evidence must be submitted within the claim window and prior to return authorization being issued.
- Refund or return requests submitted without supporting evidence cannot be processed as defect-related claims.
- If a customer chooses not to provide supporting evidence, the return may be processed as a non-defect return and subject to a restocking fee of up to 30%.
- The restocking fee may be waived at E6 Carbon’s discretion if sufficient evidence is later provided demonstrating a legitimate manufacturing defect or fitment issue.
- Returns sent without prior authorization or without the required documentation may be refused.
Non-Refundable Situations
Refunds will not be issued for:
- Change of mind
- Customer ordering errors
- Dissatisfaction caused by shipping delays within the stated production or delivery timeframe
- Concerns about potential fitment issues not supported by evidence
- Resale disputes, canceled third-party orders, or customer business losses
- Comparisons to alternative products from other sellers
- Installation errors – Please ensure you have a reputable shop performing work and diagnostics on your car before making a purchase
Resale & Commercial Purchases
Purchases made for resale, commercial use, fleet use, or distribution are not protected under PayPal, Visa, or Mastercard buyer protection programs.
Any disputes arising from resale agreements, customer cancellations, business losses, or third-party relationships are the sole responsibility of the reseller and are not covered by E6 Carbon.
Returns Policy
All returns must receive prior written approval from E6 Carbon before being shipped back.
Returned items must:
- Be in original condition
- Be uninstalled and unused
- Be in original packaging
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless otherwise agreed in writing. E6 Carbon is not responsible for lost or damaged return shipments.
Once a returned item is received and inspected, E6 Carbon will determine eligibility for replacement or refund in accordance with this policy.
Chargebacks & Disputes
Initiating a chargeback or payment dispute:
- Without first contacting E6 Carbon
- While an order is in production
- While a shipment is in transit
- For resale-related issues
constitutes a violation of these Terms & Conditions.
E6 Carbon reserves the right to:
- Contest all chargebacks and disputes
- Submit documentation, communications, and policy terms to payment processors
- Recover costs incurred due to fraudulent or bad-faith disputes
- Pursue legal remedies where applicable to protect its business and intellectual property
